Nadia Schuster speaks German, English, and Arabic. Her team provides additional languages such as Spanish and French.
Her experience spans over 20 years in South Florida. This extensive experience has allowed her to build valuable relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers; as well as European suppliers.
Her ability to listen to her clients combined with her extensive experience allows her to make it easy to bridge the gap from the fuzzy dreams and ideas of the clients to reality and present a clear image of the final design and the steps involved.
Nadia’s clients appreciate her dedication to address and resolve any issues that may arise from extensive and complicated jobs. This gives them peace of mind knowing that no matter where they are in the world, they can count on Nadia taking care of their project.

Based in North Miami, Ben's team serves the needs of a growing client base with sales, rentals, and management in the coastal cities along the Southeast & southwest Florida coastline.
John - Administrative Support
John excels at providing administrative and managerial support.
Thomas - Architect
Tom is an experienced architect who has been practicing in South Florida for over 24 years. He can design from simple remodels to brand new construction. He speaks German and English.
Martin - Architect
Martin is an experienced architect who has been practicing in South Florida for over 10 years. He can design from simple remodels to brand new construction with an emphasis on modern.
Zoheir - Security Systems & Automation
Zoheir has extensive experience in the design and installation of security systems, camera systems, and automation.
Manny - Licensed General Contractor
Manny is an experienced licensed General Contractor with extensive renovation experience especially in condominiums. So he is used to working in compliance with the stringent rules and regulations of condo associations.
Karim - Licensed General Contractor
With over 20 years of experience in construction and remodeling Karim has seen it all and has handled all job sizes. He is also a Green Associate with LEED, an internationally recognized green building certification system.
